In My Own Words

 Congratulations to Tony Stewart this year was a great year for him as an owner and driver in the NASCAR and WoO Sprint Series  . Dont get me wrong i wanted Steve Kinser in the Bass Pro Shops car to win so bad but it was nice to see Tony get his first win in WoO ! 

I myself think that this point system in NASCAR still needs some work. Im not saying Tony did not deserve to win the Sprint Cup , Im saying is it ok to put the focus on the last 10 races ? I mean if that is what they are gonna do lets have the top 24 teams go into the chase and the rest of the teams are done for the year, then we could take those 24 teams in the remaining 10 races and go to tracks we have not been to in years. My final race (if i was the man makin shit happen) would be at North Wilkesboro Speedway , now there is a place for a battle ! 24 of the top teams in NASCAR doing battle for the Cup oh heck yes ! We would have to make it like a 900 lap event and dont worry even that time of year the weather would be a lil forgiving on say like the "chubby guys " . They would not have to worry about over crowded pits with only 24 cars. The stands would be full of die hard race fans cheering for there driver . And I also on that last battle of the year would have it televised by ALL the racing networks like Fox,Speed,ABC,ESPN and Race Buddy would have full sound and cover the race just like anyone else out there !  And you also wouldnt have to put up with those start and park low lifes , i mean if you cant afford to run the race and you take that spot away from a team that can you would be NASCAR FINED !!! Thats right some place in the tune of say $100,000 that way you would not even try it...

And another thing there would not be ANY restricter  plate plate races in the chase. Im getting to the point were i would rather mow the yard than to watch another plate race, plates are for eating just ask Tony and Spencer , as far as that goes I am right there in line with them ! 

Could you also imagine a NASCAR championship weekend at the North Wilkesboro Speedway ?

I think it would be great to have say like the NASCAR Whelen Modified's that same weekend !

Now who in there right mind would not want to see a weekend of racing like that ? You hear them complaining about putting askes in the seats well there ya go, make it something exciting again !!! 

When I go see "The King" I dont have to think if that race is gonna be worth paying for ! And I cant even think of a time that I have ever watched a WoO race sitting down ! For those that have never been, take a trip to the Moody Mile in Syracuse sometime , "now thats some serious racing at a a a high rate of speed " !!! 

Now dont get me wrong I love my Cup racing im just tired of NASCAR being "Detrimental" to NASCAR. 

One Pissed off Canadian Housewife This is very good PLEASE read.... Thought you might like to read this letter to the editor. Ever notice how some people just seem to know how to write a letter? This one surely does! This was written by a Canadian woman, but oh how it also applies to the U.S.A., U.K. and Australia . THIS ONE PACKS A FIRM PUNCH Written by a housewife in New Brunswick , to her local newspaper. 
This is one ticked off lady... "Are we fighting a war on terror or aren't we? Was it or was it not, started by Islamic people who brought it to our shores on September 11, 2001 and have continually threatened to do so since? Were people from all over the world, not brutally murdered that day, in downtown Manhattan , across the Potomac from the capitol of the USA and in a field in Pennsylvania ? Did nearly three thousand men, women and children die a horrible, burning or crushing death that day, or didn't they? Do you think I care about four U. S. Marines urinating on some dead Taliban insurgents? And I'm supposed to care that a few Taliban were claiming to be tortured by a justice system of a nation they are fighting against in a brutal Insurgency. I'll care about the Koran when the fanatics in the Middle East, start caring about the Holy Bible, the mere belief of which, is a crime punishable by beheading in Afghanistan . I'll care when these thugs tell the world they are sorry for hacking off Nick Berg's head, while Berg screamed through his gurgling slashed throat. I'll care when the cowardly so-called insurgents in Afghanistan , come out and fight like men, instead of disrespecting their own religion by hiding in Mosques and behind women and children. I'll care when the mindless zealots who blow themselves up in search of Nirvana, care about the innocent children within range of their suicide Bombs. I'll care when the Canadian media stops pretending that their freedom of Speech on stories, is more important than the lives of the soldiers on the ground or their families waiting at home, to hear about them when something happens. In the meantime, when I hear a story about a CANADIAN soldier roughing up an Insurgent terrorist to obtain information, know this: I don't care. When I see a wounded terrorist get shot in the head when he is told not to move because he might be booby-trapped, you can take it to the bank: I don't care. Shoot him again. When I hear that a prisoner, who was issued a Koran and a prayer mat, and fed 'special' food, that is paid for by my tax dollars, is complaining that his holy book is being 'mishandled,' you can absolutely believe, in your heart of hearts: I don't care. And oh, by the way, I've noticed that sometimes it's spelled 'Koran' and other times 'Quran.' Well, Jimmy Crack Corn you guessed it. I don't care!! If you agree with this viewpoint, pass this on to all your E-mail Friends. Sooner or later, it'll get to the people responsible for this ridiculous behavior! If you don't agree, then by all means hit the delete button. Should you choose the latter, then please don't complain when more atrocities committed by radical Muslims happen here in our great Country! And may I add: Some people spend an entire lifetime wondering, if during their life on earth, they made a difference in the world. But, the Soldiers don't have that problem.
